SAIZAR Enterprise Private Limited ("SAIZAR"), incorporated in 1999, is one of India's leading road transportation companies. Guided by the belief that sustainable business growth must create meaningful social value, SAIZAR is committed to making a lasting contribution to the communities in which it operates.

In line with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, SAIZAR established SAIZAR Care Foundation, a Section 8 Company, during FY 2024-25 to plan, implement, and monitor its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The Foundation serves as the dedicated platform for delivering impactful and sustainable CSR programmes across multiple focus areas.

Our CSR initiatives are designed to create long-term social impact through strategic partnerships with educational institutions, non-profit organisations, healthcare providers, community groups, and sports development institutions. Every programme is aligned with the objectives of Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 and contributes towards inclusive and sustainable development.

We support quality education for underprivileged children through scholarships, school fee sponsorships, educational resources, and structured Mentor-Mentee programmes across Jamshedpur, Kalinganagar, and Angul. The Foundation also extends continuous support to Adruta Children Home in Odisha and has adopted a girls' orphanage in Kalinganagar, ensuring access to education, nutrition, healthcare, and life skills.

At SAIZAR, we believe that progress is meaningful only when it creates a positive impact on society. Through our CSR initiatives, we work to improve community health and well-being, support child nutrition, promote preventive healthcare, and strengthen local infrastructure. Our efforts also include health awareness programs, medical camps for the transport fraternity, and initiatives that enhance public spaces and community welfare. By investing in people and communities, we remain committed to building a healthier, more inclusive, and sustainable future.

Our environmental initiatives promote greener and healthier communities through plantation drives, landscape development, public garden maintenance, and environmental conservation projects. The Foundation also supports wildlife conservation through the adoption of the Bengal Tiger at Tata Steel Zoological Society and contributes towards animal welfare and shelter initiatives.

Recognising the transformative power of sports, SAIZAR has expanded its CSR portfolio for FY 2025-26 by partnering with the Inspire Institute of Sport (IIS). Through the IIS Sports Scholarship Programme, the Foundation supports high-potential athletes preparing for international competitions, including the Olympic Games, Asian Games, and World Championships. The programme provides holistic athlete development through world-class coaching, sports science, nutrition, accommodation, education, and competitive exposure.

Through SAIZAR Care Foundation, we remain committed to building stronger communities by investing in education, healthcare, nutrition, environmental sustainability, sports excellence, and inclusive social development. Every initiative reflects our vision of creating meaningful impact beyond business and contributing towards a more equitable and sustainable future.

To bolster governmental efforts, we also actively contribute to PM Cares Fund and Prime Minister National Relief Fund.
