We conduct a bi annual free 'Mega Health Check-Up Camp' that is open to all and not limited to just our employees.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Activities are vital for companies to demonstrate their commitment to social and environmental concerns. At Saizar, we take great effort and pride in our contributions to the development of the community, and thereby the country, through our initiatives.

The highlight of our efforts is the adoption of orphanages in Orissa, that do pioneering work in the rehabilitation of abandoned and parentless children. We provide ongoing financial support as part of our CSR initiative to meet the expenses incurred on food, education and medical necessities of all the children in shelters such as Annapurna Child Care Home and Adruta Childrens Home. A great moment of joy for us, and them, was when we established a full playground for the children at one of the centers.

We support the establishment and upkeep of various green spaces, in and around Jamshedpur and Kalinganagar, as a part of our CSR initiatives that are dedicated to fostering a positive environmental impact.

At Saizar, we work closely with the Tata Steel Zoological Society, specifically towards the nutrition, welfare and conservation of their tigers, which resulted in the birth of 2 cubs in 2017. We continue to maintain a close collaboration with them, ensuring ongoing support and partnership. We also actively contribute to the animal protection efforts undertaken by The Stray Army, Jamshedpur, along with donating towards the construction of their new animal shelter.

We have extended our support to a number of health-focused organizations, aiding initiatives such as setting up of medical centres in leprosy villages, providing meals and medical facilities to tribal children, organizing health check-up camps and providing disaster relief services, among other projects.

We acknowledge the importance of sports in society and the significant role it plays in the various aspects of human life. As such, we have made contributions to support athletes participating in events such as the Para Badminton Championship, as well as towards sporting events for differently abled children. We have also contributed towards the building of facilities in certain districts of Orissa to host cultural programs, as well as to institutions like 4th Bell Theatres that conduct various cultural programs and workshops.

To bolster governmental efforts, we also actively contribute to PM Cares Fund and Prime Minister National Relief Fund.
