With a robust Safety & Health Management System, our ultimate goal is zero-collision drives.

Our Regular Safety & Health activities include:

• Daily Video Capsule Training: Drivers receive a daily video training session to ensure compliance, foster a positive behavioural approach toward health and safety, and align their mindset with company standards.
• Adherence to Customer Standards: Customer safety standards and SOPs are continuously highlighted, with strict adherence encouraged across all operations.
• Rigorous Fleet Maintenance & Aging Management: The fleet is kept well-maintained and equipped with up-to-date technology through regular inspections. Trailers are systematically phased out as they age.
• Diesel Tank Strainer Fitment: As part of fleet maintenance standards, Diesel Tank Strainers have been fitted in all company vehicles to prevent unsafe practices.
• External Skill Enhancement: Experienced and verified fleet drivers regularly participate in external training programs to enhance their skill set.
• Official Tata Training Programs: 'Dronacharya' driver training is actively conducted in progress by Tata Motors and Tata Cummins officials.
• Strict Night Driving Ban (Fatigue Management): To manage fatigue and reinforce road safety, a strict ban on night driving is enforced across the entire fleet from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM.
• Mandatory Helper Assistance: Every trip includes a helper for the driver to reduce fatigue, provide on-road assistance, and ensure compliance with safety rules like wearing seatbelts and maintaining a strict "no mobile while driving" policy.
• Digital Safety Risk Management: Pioneered the capture of live "near miss" data during transit, enabling real-time risk assessments and staying at the forefront of road safety.
• Thorough Post-Accident Investigations: In the event of an accident, a comprehensive investigation is conducted to determine the root cause and implement definitive preventive measures for the future.
• 24/7 Tracking & Communication: A predefined two-way communication system and a dedicated 24/7 Tracking Team are in place to actively mitigate accident risks.
